Trip Payment on Advance:
After browsing our websites with varied programs making sure of booking the right trip of your choice, and then booking for selected trip with minimum of 25 % down payment required in advance to secure you place on chosen trips
Rest of the trip cost balance should be paid on arrival in Nepal before your trek or tour departures.

Bank Transfer:
Payment of the Balance:
The payment for the outstanding balance of for your holiday trip minimum 2 months prior to your departure dates.
If you choose to settle your Trip cost by credit card a handling charge of 3% on the outstanding balance is made. There is no handling charge for payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Last Hour Booking:
E.B.C. Treks & Expeditions accept your last hour booking in special condition on eve of your trip departure with 100% payment (07 days prior to tour starting date only for Nepal Trips, but for trips in Bhutan, India and Tibet will not be accepted as this requires at least two weeks in advance prior to trip departure in the neighboring countries.
Refund:
No refund for 25% deposit amount in case of cancellation of your trip for any other reason.
Having paid full amount of any selected trip, you are entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you.
Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you are imposed cancellation charge as advised below:
50 days or more deposit retained
40 – 45 days before departure 50%
25 – 30 days before departure 75%
10 days before departure 100%
Supplement Charge:
Our tour and trek packages, in rooms or tents provided on twin sharing basis, for single room supplement charge will be imposed as extra to client who does not have another tour partners or participant to share room / tent with you.
Early return from Tour / Trekking:
No refund will be made to clients on early return from our trips due to personal domestic / medical or personal problem from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
Amendment in Trip Cost:
We reserve the right to revise the price rate as fixed at our website, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors which are beyond our control, for instance changes in exchange rates, government action etc.
We will try our best to keep on the present cost rate as much possible.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
In case of such situations when we have to cancel respective trip due to unforeseen circumstances like, natural disasters, political conflict, unfavorable bad climate, broken trail and roads etc., we will refer you alternative trip of a similar standard.
Even this does not fit your personal interest, all trip price paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
Clients’ Responsibility:
On Tour and Treks guide who represents E.B.C. Treks and Expeditions holds all authority during tours and treks. If you behave badly and commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour / treks. No refund will be made in such condition.
Impact on your journey:
We are committed and put all our effort to ensure comfortable traveling but please understand that what you might be accustomed to the western affluent countries, Himalayan or Third World and Developing Countries can’t afford such facilities.
Weather and other conditions that might directly impact on the journey and be patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before head, and think positive and you will enjoy the trip if you expect more than things do not happen according to you and feel disappointed, so take the matter and this way you will enjoy the holiday with us.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend all clients on booking with us must have complete travel and medical insurance package including natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our respected clients.
Tour Amendment:
To make alterations of any trek / tour itinerary, prior notice is requested.
You are advised to stay in touch with us thus, but occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc.
Your personal belongings:
On any account, we will be not responsible for any loss or damage of your baggage / luggage or property even when it is shouldered by our porters, ponies or vehicles. That means your personal possessions; luggage might be at your risk at the times. However our trip escorts and guides will provide necessary safety precautions that this does not arise while with us.
Papers & Documents:
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visa, necessary permits etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
Risk & Responsibility:
Your safety and satisfaction is our main concern. We therefore carry out our task sincerely & earnestly to ensure your holiday Hassel Free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road block, floods, heavy snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
In some sectors where trek involves domestic flights with possibility of flight delay or postponement for bad weather in Himalayan regions which could happen, in particular around Everest region Lukla, Phaplu, Annapurna / Mustang / Manang region Humdre, Jomsom and on the Far West Dolpa, Simikot and Jumla region and on Far East sector Tumlingtar, and Taplejung area.
Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above, especially during odd season, you’re highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequence. In case of flight cancellation pre-tour/post-tour, you need to meet your accommodation and food costs yourself.
Age Limits:
We have no age limit, however children under 15 and person above 70 years old must have guardians, parents or family members to accompany and to escort throughout the trip.
